Order Processing Time
Upon receiving your order, we will process it within [3-5] business days. This includes order verification, item preparation, and packaging. Please note that custom-made products may require additional processing time, and any such delays will be communicated to you promptly.
In the case of out-of-stock items, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to create the item before it can be shipped. We take pride in handcrafting each piece to ensure the highest quality, and this additional time is necessary to fulfill your order.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for any undeliverable packages or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update or change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our team at fulfillment@lazeredge.com as soon as possible.
Shipping to a Non-Receiving Address
If a customer ships a LazerEdge item(s) to an address that is not the receiving address provided during the order, LazerEdge is not liable for any damaged, missing, or stolen items, including the need for replacements.. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the security and safety of the package at the receiving address. LazerEdge will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise due to shipping to a non-receiving address.

If a customer ships a LazerEdge item(s) to an address that is not the provided receiving address on the order, LazerEdge is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the package. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the security and safety of the package at the intended receiving address.

During the checkout process, you will be able to choose your preferred shipping method based on the options available for your location. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at fulfillment@lazeredge.com . Please note that we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is damaged during transit, contact our team immediately at fulfillment@lazeredge.com and please provide the following information:
- Your order details (order number, date of purchase).
- A detailed description of the damaged item(s).
- Clear photos of the damaged item, as well as the inner and outer packaging.
Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at fulfillment@lazeredge.com. To help us better assist you, please provide the following information:

- Clear photos of the defective item
